Best Running Shoes Review

Lots of support, save your knees. Always run on grass or dirt, never on concrete. I have been running since I was 19yrs old. Im 35rs old now and plan on running until I just cant. I feel pretty healthy, but I never run on concrete, I run on what nature / God made for us. Concrete is man made, and we know man made is usually bad for us. I would also not push my joints, knees, to run a distance that is not normal. I run 4 miles a day 5 to 6 days a week 🙂
